Pork rinds are also low in carbs. In fact, if I remember correctly, they have none. So if you're on Atkins you can stuff your face. Or something.

As far as hot sauces go, I'm a fan of Texas Pete. Hot, but not too hot and not as vinegary as Tabasco.

I eat a ton of pork rinds for that very reason. 0 carb and crispy snack rolled into one. It takes care of a lot of cravings you have on Atkins,
