NEVER EVER buy a memory card off of ebay. They are bootlegs that run horribly slow and are unreliable.
Go for the Sandisk on Buy.com for $65

I second this, My dad bought an 8gb flash drive about a year ago for 5 bucks not knowing that it was a bootleg. He popped it into the computer and it showed 8 gigs of storage but only like 256 mb could be transfered.

There are some decent fakes though, www.dealextreme.com sells them really cheap and they work decently, the write speed is slow, so it would be bad for cameras, but the read speed is fine, so if you are using it on your PSP for homebrew and such it will be fine.
