Best Price on the Xbox 360 HD-DVD Add-On?

Hey guys. I'm looking to pick up the HD-DVD add-on for the 360 for as cheap as possible, new. Anyone got any leads, links, or tips? I've seen one at my local Toys R Us tagged for $40 or $50, I can't quite remember; is that as cheap as it gets?
