Does anyone know how to put a avatar on your picture/? thanks..

You have to click on User CP, then click Edit Profile Picture. It will give you the option of loading a picture via a URL or directly off your machine. There are size limits and those are listed on that screen as well.

Yes, this is probably what you want more than the profile pic because the avatar is what shows in your forum posts. My bad.
