and I have her number. When I call her, should I tell her that or would that be weird? What should I say? Like, the Yahoo girl was hot, but this girl is beautiful.

Don't call at all...
It's a trap!
I think he's asking if he should tell her that he thinks she's hot...
As a rule of thumb you shouldn't mess with chicks at work man.

I asked her for it and she gave it to me. I had some King's Island tickets (an amusement park) and I was like "you want to go?"
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah."
"When are you going?"
"Whenever you want."
"What's your number?"
Or something like that.

It's just a part-time job, so it's no biggy.

I have to agree with Ackbar here. Dating and work usually don't end up with positive results. "It's a trap!"

Girls at work will flirt with you because there's nothing else to do. If you try to get something going on with one of them outside of work, she'll say "What? I thought we were friends. I don't wanna mess that up. Besides, I don't just DATE guys, I have to get to know them first" She then gets into some guy's car (whom she just met that day) and starts to blow him, with you standing there.
Seen it a million times.

Wel, if it's like a summer job or something for a few hours a day, then that seems okay. Just as long as it's not a "real" job. I would just make sure it's short term and you know you won't be there for long. That way if you uys start dating and things get serious by then you won't be working together.

Either way, play it cool.
You have to make the girl wonder what you're thinking about her - don't just lay it out there. It's better for her too. I know it sounds like you're not being nice, but trust me, if a girl is wondering for 2 weeks what you really think and they you tell her you think she's beautiful - dude, you made her day and you made her last 2 weeks all at once.
If you just come out with it you kill the mystery. Don't fall all over her or you'll just be another nuisance in her life. Be cool with her and just enjoy her company. If it moves to the next level then it moves. If it doesn't, then you can let it go and everything won't be weird.
Just don't hold off too long and fall into the "friends" zone. There comes a point in every friendship where it's going to fall one way or the other. You'll know when you get to that point and that's when you be a man and say "you're really attractive and I'm not interested in being 'just friends' so you need to decide how you feel."
That's my advice. But for starting out, regardless of what movies or TV tells us, girls don't want you to be all goofy with them. Look at it this way - what if your parents told you everything you were getting for Christmas every day from Thanksgiving forward. No mystery, no surprise, you get up and look under the tree and the stuff isn't even wrapped, it's just there - everything you knew you were getting. You'd appreciate it, but honestly, it's not nearly as much fun as the anticipation.

If you just wanna get laid, then listen to Tom Leykis, If you wanna relationship then be nice to her. I know it sounds "kooky" and "Weird", but it works dammit.

We get along pretty well. We have similar tastes in music, plus she like aliens and ghosts!

There is nothing wrong with mixing work and romance. Hell, once you reach an adult age, thats typically where your dates/relationships come from. If you spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with the person.. its just natural to have some attraction over time. I watched a Discovery channel show about workplace dating.. its something like 75% of relationships over the age of 25 come from meeting in the workplace.
And don't come right out and tell her she's beautiful... it's just.. odd. Take her to King's Island, have a good time, be cool about it. When the day is over invite her to a nice dinner, when she's all dolled up, just tell her she looks amazing tonight. It solves the problem and she'll love it.
And a few quick pointers... always hold doors for her, and there's a test you need to do, when you pick her up, open her door, then go around to your side.. if she hasn't leaned over and unlocked your door.. dump her. At King's Island, always let her in the ride first (unless she wants the other side). Offer to purchase a drink or a snack, but meals should be kept Dutch (especially as you didn't officially make it a date). And try to win her a stuffed animal somewhere... just play the game, if you win say "well I don't know what I'm going to do with this... here you take it".
When it comes time for the dinner date, let us know and I'll give you a couple pointrs on that.
