BTW DLF does have a point... if he was banned soley because of his pic of deadzone, then dephatty and a handful of other users should be banned for there pics of DLF. However I doubt that's all there is to it.

I wouldn't really worry about it too much. As much as it might be upsetting you at the moment DLF hasn't always been exactly a man to his word. He lies about a lot of things, plus how the hell would he know where to sue you? He doesn't have your address does he? And anyone can easily obtain his for his brilliant post of a picture of his driver's license complete with his address on it.

If you think about everything else he's "threatened", you should stop worrying about it.

About this whole piracy issue, I want to announce that yes I was copying games for my own use. Also want to say that I have stopped doing so. All my copied games have been deleted, and shredded and bleached by windows washer. I am going to still keep the modded xbox, because that is legal in itself. I am going to use it as an entertainment center. I am going to use it to play legal imported games and as a region free DVD player and also to play homebrew games. actually it seems to have taken care of itself.. today on his blog he basically said.. OK yes I modded xbox and was burning stuff from blockbuster but no more. I'm stopping and deleted everything.. so really DLF stuff is over. Contrary to opinion stated here tonight I was kinda shocked that my 'nickname' was mentioned in his blog and so forcefully. SO because DLF was such a huge topic of discussion a few weeks ago, and now that I was mentioned (well in very not so nice terms) i thought it would be interesting to post the update. I am disappointed that bignick called me a liar (or at least repeated what DLF in anger said) but its just not the case.
