Audio switcher with multiple inputs AND outputs

All right, every cheap switcher I can find has multiple inputs for your tv, computer, etc - but none of these geniuses have figured out that I like multiple outputs because sometimes I like to switch between listening to my headphones, and other times my stereo. Tired of pulling the plugs in and out for output.

So is there any cheap switcher that has both. Basically looking for something that supports the RCA plugs (Red/White audio plugs)
