Thats what sucks about BK, you always have to pay extra for cheese.

Oh yeah, when I was going to school at UT Austin, I ate at a Jack in the Box right off of campus and ordered a Jumbo Jack with no onions. I looked on my receipt after I left and they charged me $.01 for requesting no onions.
I've never tried the Angus burger at BK, got tempted once but I was too cheap to order the meal...

Very , very average, taste wasn't nearly good enough for me to order it ever again. And I agree charging for cheese is lame.

We have them here in GA... gotta love the 99 cent fish sandwich... and when they do it, the 99 cent big chicken...
but back to the poster who said BK charged for extra stuff, try an extra 40 cents for heavy lettuce and pickles... yeah, have it my way indeed... for the right price, natch...

Does BK even have those Backyard Grill burgers anymore, that were supposed to taste homemade? I never did like those. They were on a roll instead of a bun, and you tasted more bread than meat. I do love their Whoppers, though.

It's not bad, but I'd like to try it again without the onions. Usually I order hamburgers without onions, but the ones used here (angus) looked like they were sauteed, so it might have tasted different. It did, but they used too much. I think the meat also didn't taste as good as the meat used on the Whopper. It just didn't have the same grilled flavor.
It's not as good as the chicken Whopper, or even the Tender Crisp chicken sandwich, but it's not bad.

Nothing special. I don't go out for fast food too much other than Taco Bell and stuff.

Yeah, we have 'em in AZ, except they're called Rally's. It's like that Hardee's/Carl's Jr. thing... Anyway, Rally's has awesome burgers!!! And their fries! Good God, are those some awesome fries!!!

We have Rally's up in California, too. They have this jingle that they play on the radio, "You gotta eat! You gotta eat, eat, eat, eat, eat! You gotta eat Rally's!" I think it's outright mind control.

The Angus isn't all that. I think the regular Whopper meat tastes better than the Angus meat.

I hated the BK angus burger. I was expecting $6.00 burger goodness and it basically taste like a regular burger with BBQ sauce and onions. Bk definitely lost a lot of respect with me because of that.

I went in to a bk for the first time in 9 months yesterday, i passed on the Angus, for a double whopper with cheese. Dunnoe why but they have closed %80 of the bk's in the seattle area, dairy queen is extinct.

I never eat fast food burgers. I'm a butcher, so I get meat for cheap that makes those burgers look and taste like cow patties.
