CAG Poker Night With Clubhouse Games Starting As Soon As Next Week

As some of you may know, the Nintendo DS game Clubhouse Games is getting a reprinting that's coming out in early September. (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=193156) An idea that I kicked around that a lot of people seem to be up for is starting a Clubhouse Games based "CAG Poker Night". We've already hammered out some rules like...


1. Your CHG name must have the letters CAG at the beginning or it must match you CAG screen name


2. No cheat devices - Perma-ban from CAG Poker Night if you use one.


I'm thinking of starting the CAG Poker Night sometime next week. The start time will be 9 P.M. EST(6 P.M. PST). Were still trying to hammer out a day of the week. I'll be posting a blog post dedicated to that week's Poker Night. I know some may say "start a thread" but this way you wouldn't have a back-log of last week's posts to go through.


We are trying to pick the day of the week that will work for the most people. I was thinking Wednesday because with the NFL starting up soon so that would conflict with the Poker Night if it was on a Sunday. If you have any suggestions as to what day of the week it should be I'd love to hear it. You can also make suggestions here as well.

I didn't really like how they handled Poker in that game.

Now, Hanafuda on the other hand, is the best card game ever.

I didn't like how they handle Poker in that game as well. It had a fixed time frame along with bets. There are much better alternatives then that.

Yeah. We only spent 1 round with each Poker type before moving on to other games. Bowling on the other hand made for some good times. Some good Pictochat lol times, that is. Chinese Checkers.......I don't think we'll be seeing that one again.:lol: I think the whole "CAG Poker Night" name will magically transform into "CAG Game Night" next time....;)

Even with only 3 people it was a blast.
