I believe so, it has a W shape to the level where you drop down, go up, drop down again and go back up. Are you talking about the first drop? You just need to throw your grappling hook a little latter so you hit the right side of that first platform, then let go about in the middle of your swing so you're not jumping that far to the right, throw your grappling hook up, then pull yourself up and do that same kind of slow swing until you drop down between the spiked walls and repeat what you did in the first half of that section to get to the top and down to the goal.
