I vote no. I've read plenty of interesting blogs here already, and I don't really want to 100s of blogs spring up full of jackasses trying to be funny or outrageous or whatever just to get a buck.

I think its great that there is a featured blog this week up on the front page, that should be more than enough incentive to post something interesting going on in your life.

Let's keep it real and organic, not forced and contrived like "reality" TV.

I think what I will do (eventually) is crown a blogger of the month and award them a cash prize. I will announce when I start the promotion.
