Prizerebel is a great site, for Americans that is. However, Canda has very few offers. they don't give you very many points, and most of them require a credit card or a cell phone. I'm looking for 100% free offers, no cell phone, and no credit card. Even if they don't pay a lot, as long as there are some. So, does anyone know of a good website?

It is not specifically made for Canadians but they have hundreds of No CC offers so it shouldn't be too hard to get the required 0.25 credits.

Well Points2Shop have some...I know the Search engine sites like Winzy (check siggy) are for Can. too...
