looks good, but the main character has that 'oh great, another moody spiky haired silent JRPG protaganist' gist about him.

That, and he seems to be leaningin all the shots.

Looks pretty damn pretty to me. Screen's a little cluttered in one of the shots and the human characters don't really do anything for me, but I don't see any problem with the rest of it.

For those who don't realize, like someone who posted earlier, this game has a pencil like sketched look to it on purpose. I personally will get this game just for that. Looks like the gameplay seems to be trying to mix Shadow of the Colossus with JRPG and some Dynasty Warriors Maybe.

I know I'll be getting the game so long as its reviews float above 7/10 on gamerankings. I'm just not impressed at all with its graphics, and the character designs you posted look absolutely terrible. Don't hope for too much; this game is basically emblazoned with a giant shovel.

I actually thought you didn't know that the look was intentional. I for one really like the art style for the game, but would like to see some video of it before I go to much one way of the other.
