I'd prefer a Dualshock 2, but if anyone knows where to get a good controller for less then $15 I would be ecstatic.
Also a cheap memory card, but I've heard 3rd party ones suck.

Not as cheap as you're looking for but Sam's has wireless logitech ones (the best wireless ps2 controllers) for $21

just noticed amazon.com dropped the price a little this weekend for the ps2 memory card at 16.96 & ds2 for 17.96 thinking about jumping on these deals myself

I have the Logitech Wireless controller, which is the best third party wireless controller out there. I'd let it go for $12 plus shipping.
I also have several used Dual Shock 2's that I'd let go for $10 each plus shipping and a sealed one that I'd let go for $15 plus shipping.
I ALSO have a sealed PStwo slim console(silver) for $100 + shipping.

Radioshack had some third party ones a while back, with the D-Pads fused into a plate. Those were $5. YMMV if you could find one...
