Question about devices for the DS and GBA

i'm looking to use a device that i can use to activate cheat codes and add gamesaves to both GBA games and ds games on a ds lite system.

anything like that?

i got and m3 ds real but its not designed for that...

AR max if you can find one.

It has 2 slots on it, one for gba and one for ds. I think I still have one in stock at my work.

I don't see a point of purchasing a game if all you'll do is just download completed game saves. Only possible reason is to get some crazy Pokemon save loaded to your cart to cheat on some tournament.
