I'm fairly new.. hope this is in the right section!!

well I bought my 360 20gb about 2 weeks ago and it was 299.99 with a free extra wireless controller.. my receipt says the console was 250.00 and the extra controller was 49.99.. thus 299.99. the console just dropped n price from 299.99 to 259.99 @ cc. anyone know if I can get back the money from the price drop even though my receipt says it was 250.00 for the console and 49.99 for the extra controller? or is that there way of getting out of having to pay for the price drop? thanks guys

They probably won't allow it, since it is shown at $249.99 on the receipt. Just call to see if they'll do anything.

The reason they gave you a "free" controller is because they knew the price was dropping and they didn't want you to be able to pricematch it after it dropped.

You won't get anything back from them. They bundle-priced the console to prevent a PM after the fact, as other people have told you.

If you want to get $50 back, return the controller, assuming it's not already used.
