360 Console Deals?

I seem to have turned my girlfriend into a nerd and she has been asking to get a 360 for a while now.

She seems fairly serious in her want for a new console, especially to play GH/RB but of course she doesnt feel like shelling out $300 for the 60GB Pro

I saw the HotTopic deal for the 20GB Halo Edition and were checking the mall tomorrow though I doubt there will be any in stock.

So are there any deals out there right now where we can get it for any type of reduced price or free giftcard deals or w.e

Your best bets are probably:

1) Buying an Arcade console and finding a hard drive on clearance or buying one used.
2) Circuit City is currently running a promotion where you get 1600 MS points free with any 360 console purchase.
3) Out of your price range, but Amazon is giving a $60 giftcard with the purchase of an Elite system.

My Best Buy was selling the old 20 GBs for $259.99, might be YMMV. They had all the HD 360s stacked up in a pyramid thing with different price tags on them

^^^People in that thread have reported that they successfully got an Arcade for around $160. The 20GB Premium is going for $259 right now, so you could also use the coupon to get the 20GB for around $219.

Plus, Circuit City gives a free 1600 MS points card with any 360 system purchase.
