not applied to so many credit cards.
not used my credit cards as much.
saved all my money from all my jobs.
not have gotten married.
spent 4 years in college instead of 6.
had sex when it was there instead of regretting all those times now.
spoken to this really cute girl(8th grade) when I was in 6th grade because my/her friend told me that she had a crush on me after she moved.

There's a Toby Keith song that has the repeating lyric "I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then"... you may be thinking of that.

It is a great song actually - it was used in a Mitsubishi car ad during the "Body in Motion" and the Barenaked Ladies' "One Week" campaign.

Faces (Rod Stewart)
Ooh La La

Poor old granddad,
I laughed at all his words,
I thought he was a bitter man,
He spoke of women's ways.
'They trap you, then they use you, before you even know.
Well love is blind, and you're far too kind.Don't ever let it show.'
CHORUS:
I wish that I knew what I know now,
when I was younger.
I wish that I knew what I know now,
when I was stronger.

The can-can such a pretty show
Will steal your heart away
But backstage back on earth again
The dressing rooms are grey
They come on strong and it ain't too long
For they make you feel a man
But love is blind and you soon will find
You're just a boy again
When you want her lips, you get her cheek
Makes you wonder where you are
If you want some more then she's fast asleep
Leaves you twinkling with the stars
Poor young grandson there's nothing I can say
You'll have to learn, just like me
And that's the hardest way, ooh la la.

CHORUS

...Worked harder in 9th and 10th grade so I could be in the top 3 of the class instead of number 21 (which is good anyway since it's the top 6% of the class but still...).

Not have wasted my money paying cash for college for a useless degree I haven't even used and instead invested that money in real estate. I've been getting a better monetary return on my shitty real estate investments than I have with my college degree! :/ (Plus all the homes I wanted to invest in while I was in college and didn't have the money for because I was paying for tuition instead have at least DOUBLED in value since then).

LMAO. But then we wouldn't hear of the story of how you quit.

For my list:
Would have taken that job in Oregon.
Would have moved out sooner.
Would have not spent so much money on CD's. Damn iTunes, came 15 years too late.
Would have been not as shy towards the ladies.
Would have found this site earlier.
Would have bought more CC games (only got $250 worth last time)

I wouldn't have traded in my Genesis and all of my games. I also wouldn't have thrown away any of my game boxes :( . Also, I remember that KayBee toys was clearencing out the Atari Jaguar for $30 a system, with games at $10. If i hadn't of bought a Virtual Boy for the same price a month earlier (I was young and poor at the time), I would've bought everything they had.

Majored in something that couldn't be so easily offshored.

Spent more time with my parents, grandparents, and family instead of playing video games all the time growing up.

Came out of my shell earlier.

Taken time off between college and work so I could "see the world".
