I'm sitting here in the library, and this rent-a-cop is being a tota jackass. Some kids were having a Yu-Gi-Oh duel, and there were spectators. They were talking some, and the cop comes up and says something along the lines of, "If I have to talk to you again, all of you are gonna leave this library." It seems like the real cops are usually nicer, and the rent-a-cops are the opposite. Of course, this doesn't apply to all of them, but most of them, IMO.

I would have pointed out to the wanna pig that it would have taken more than him to make me leave. but while he is waitin for back up he could pass some time and suck my penis. and I would have added a beotch in there at the end too

They actually include the commentary on the DVDs now? I remember getting the 1st season as a gift, and I was so mad that the commentaries were on seperate CDs that were only available to people who ordered it from comedycentral.com that I didn't bother getting any other seasons.

yea I didn't get commentaries with any of my other sets. Season 4 has them overlapping the episodes and all you have to do is turn it on.

How ridiculous is that? Commentaries on a seperate set of media? It's not like we're watching the show on a goddamn nickelodeon!
Note: a nickelodeon was a small picture-viewing device from the 20's. Throw in a nickel, put your face to the screen, and watch a show. I was not referencing the cable channel. I'm putting this here because some idiot is gonna read this post and say,
'niklodeon!11 i luv it ren adn stimpy was teh best, lol.....'

Well, Rent-A-Cops do have to over-compensate for the fact they only get paid about $7.00 an hour.
In this case though I'd say it was warrented, only because if I was in the library, I wouldn't have wanted to hear a bunch of kids squelling about Yu-Gi-O either. It's summer, take it outside.
By the way, military police are way worse than Rent-A-Cops, IMO.

Henry Rollins does a great bit about rent-a-cops and how the majority of them are guarding parking lots and the like. 'Now, don't you try anything funny pavement.' :lol:
He always ends it with the guys checking their stuff back in.
'Oh yeah, here's the flashlight, see ya tomorrow.'
LOL..about three weeks ago i had a run in with a rent-a-cop in a best buy...
I had gone there to find a few of the 9.99 games, and while i was there, i hit the cds looking for something i finally remembered to look for. On the other side of the aisle i was on, two employess were talking. One was bitching about how he hated the way people were towards his music. He likes club, house, electronica type stuff. No biggy, i do too. Then he does a 180 and starts cracking on a "backdoor" boys cd they were looking at. I had a reallllllllllllly bad day that day and i called him out on it. We got into a minor discussion. I told him it wasnt very fair that he was bitching about people giving him lip for the music he liked, and then doing the same thing he hated. I told him i was a backstreet boy fan etc etc.. just so i could be in a position to f' with him. A few mins into the convo one of the workers walked off. Not long after i owned the other worker in the argument, i started heading to the checkout. While standing there, a manager walks up with the strip mall rent-a-cop and asks me nicely to please leave the store. When i asked why, i was told that i was harassing the employess, being rude, and using vulgar language. I laughed at him and told him thats sad that he comes up at me and doesnt even get my side of what went down. I turned away to go forward in line when the rent a cop steps and tries to grab my elbow and in front of all the customers i told him if he touched me i was gonna kick the ever loving shit out of him. I told him im making my purchases, and THEN im leaving. So, i made my purchases, i was followed and escorted from the building.

they do not do full commentaries as they feel they are too long and get boring
and by mini commentaries most are like 5 minutes

Too bad that they still feel that way. They should realize that even if they think they are boring and stupid, a lot of their fans feel very differently. I have all the episodes on my computer, so I need some extra motivation to go buy these sets and full length commentaries would have been just the thing.

That's a shame. Have you ever heard the Cannibal: The Musical commentary? It's the funniest commentary I've ever heard. All they would have to do is get more drunk as each episode progresses. It totally worked for Cannibal. :lol:

Yeah, awesome movie. It was one of the first DVDs I ever bought, right along with Evil Dead 2. That commentary gets funnier every time I hear it.

Strangely enough, for all the times I've seen it I don't think I've ever hear the commentary for Cannibal, I'll have to bump that up in my to do list

actually, you would be rather suprised on what I will and won't do. but it's about not caring what he/she/it might do or what you might think, cuz lets just face it. I don't give a f%($ they don't make an evil enough emoticon to follow this

The reason the commentaries on Season 1 are on CDs is the studio releasing the Dvd season sets (think it was Warner or paramount or something) chickened out (I guess they were pretty vulgar or something) and pulled them from the Disc before final production. They were only saved and released by Comedy Central on a set of CDs.

From this it sounds like he talked to those kids before. If they are making noise he should ask THEM to leave. Not everyone. But the kids should know what library ettiquette is.
