Gamestop DVD deal - Buy 2 get 4 free, also 50% off GB/GBC games

Was at my GS today, and saw the manager in the back getting new signs and stuff, and on the floor was some papers that said "Buy 2 get 4 free". I couldn't read what exactly it was for, so I asked at checkout.

He informed me it was for DVDs, but I'm not sure when it starts, I'm guessing tomorrow though. buy 2 get 4 free sounds pretty sweet to me, even though I never buy DVDs, I may check this out.

My gamestop stores have the Buy 2, Get 3 Free promo. The good stuff is gone.

I haven't seen or heard anything on 50% of GBA games though.

Some of the stores in my area have had the B2G4 free promo for a while (they all have a shitty selection). Last week, I saw the 50% off GBA games at one of them. YMMV.

FYI, the B2G4 free should work on both Blu-ray and HDDVD.

Actually, IIRC the sign says GBA, GBC and accessories. Those games are kept in a double-sided glass case. The sign is sitting right on top of the case.

The GBA games do sound too good to be true, but we'll see as the time comes I suppose. B1G1 50% off sounds somewhat more likely.

Anyways, too bad most GS here stoped with the dvds a long time ago, and the only one that still has them has been picked over already

I just bought a GBA game, in the box. I'll have to see if I can find my receipt. I'd probably go back and buy The Bee Game since it's still in its box, and a GS exclusive.

Not every store carries DVDs. Generally if it's a very small store, they just don't have room to carry DVDs too.

I never knew my local GS carrier DVDs until I took my time to look around. There was a rack right next to the 360 section that I never bothered to take a lot at. It was filled with DVDs, but the problem was that they were all shitty.

It should be 50% off GB/GBC games. They have the signs up at the two stores in my area. This is just a continuation of the markdown on these last-last-last-gen systems. They were at 25% and B1G1 50% off earlier. Or was it B2G1?

Either way, this does not apply to GBA (Gameboy Advance) games.

Yes it does, they are just telling you it doesn't. Have them ring up at least 5 BD/HD and it'll give you 3 of them free.
