The item description says it has full rumble support (as does the Amazon Lightningdeal "hint"), but people who have ordered when this was a Deal of the Day say that isn't always the case, so be wary.

Definitely grabbing a second one of these for $15 or less. Got it for $25 from Buy.com and is well worth it. Could always return it if it lacks rumble(the earlier versions don't have it) for no cost.

Yeah, $20 is good, but if they are $15, I will pick up two. Just hope they don't send out more versions without rumble.

I have one of these, but they are horrible for FPS/shooting games, since you have to use R1 which to me is hard to push down on. R2 is great, just like 360 triggers, but, it's R2 and not the shoot button. Also for FPS, the sticks are very werid so it's very hard to make precise aim.
I'm serious, PLEASE take my advice and don't get one if you want to play any type of FPS or SOCOM type game.
Very annoying on that aspect, other than that, it's great.

Two and a half hours left and 48% claimed.

I'm considering buying one myself. Anyone who has one care to share their opinion?

They're not very good controllers... I had one, and paid 25 for it... I wouldn't spend 10 on another one. The quality isnt there. The battery lasts about half as long as the OEM dual shock, it flakes out (stops responding sometimes), and is IR (not bluetooth). Overall, if you're going to have kids over who throw your controllers around... maybe pick it up (seriously though who has a PS3 and let's kids play it?), but otherwise don't waste your time.

I've never tried a Nyko product that I've liked. Thanks anyway, nice price for a PS3 controller.

Ew, it requires a USB dongle to be plugged into the PS3. Remember that most PC controllers will work with the PS3.

It doesn't require, only to charge it does.

I didn't know this. Is there a way to use the 360 controller since you can use that on PC?

(stupid question since the answer is likely no)

I bought this controller for 30 bucks a few weeks ago and I love it. The ps3 controller seems too small for me. I like the way this one feels. I have only played mercs 2 and force unleased with it but works well. The shoulder buttons do feel strange but overall I like it better the the sixaxis. I would pick it up for 15 bucks.

I agree with Ensoul 100% I got one from buy.com when they were $14 and love it.

IMHO it is better than the original sixaxis and new Dual Shock in both it's size and and curved grip angle. If your hands are medium or larger this is a great controller.

Also, this is the best nyko product I have ever owned.

Hmmmmm.....I have one of these with the rumble.

It's an awesome controller, well made and has six-axis built into it. I think it's one of the best third party controllers I have ever owned, easily. I got mine for $5 on Buy.com with the $10 Gmail deal......and it's rechargeable!! Go get 2!!

Funny thing is I ordered it and had a change of heart. I decided I'd rather spend $39 on a Dulashock 3 (it was in my "personal" gold box at 5% off its sale price of $41--booyah!) than spend $15 on a third party controller.

yeah i canceled my order too. third party controllers have a tendency to not last as long as first party controllers.

rather get a Dual Shock 3

Got mine this past weekend and think it's great. I really like the L2/R2 buttons and the overall feel. Using it for Madden 09 right now. Thanks, OP!

The 0 button in the middle is the HOME button. Anyways I bought two of these and I fucking dislike them so much. They will be backup controllers for my DS3 and SixAxis

was it too bulky or something? how does the battery work last any longer compared to the six axis?
