The seller has been constantly selling out and then restocking, so if the deal is not there when you check, just check back in a day or so. It's fairly well-known that the "expiration" dates on these cards don't actually mean much. Many, many users on here have bought "expired" cards and had them work. Hell, for awhile, people were still buying up and using old Xbox cards. Anyway, eventually, these things do stop working, but it certainly isn't according to the printed date.

I was honestly surprised the deal was active as long as it was last night. The only reason I got it was because I randomly woke up around 2:30 AM EST. As that's around the time the deal has gone live a couple times, I just decided to stay up a bit, refreshing the Amazon page, and trying out my new Guitar Hero DS (which isn't half bad, by the way).

I emailed the seller, and within 5 days I have received a new pack, and everything inside is great, codes all work, etc.

The best part is that I didn't have to send back the old one, so I have a spare headset and Bankshot Billiards.

That's what most of us have had to do. I kept waking sometime during the night for several days (randomly; didn't set alarm or anything) and checked each time I woke up if it had gone live. I always missed it. One night, I woke around 2:20 EST and decided to stay up until it was launched. Luckily for me, the seller refreshed his stock about twenty minutes later, and then the product was available for more than an hour, just due to the reduced traffic at that hour.

EVERYONE, THIS DEAL IS NOT DEAD...TECHNICALLY.

As reported numerous times by those who got in on this deal on-and-off, the seller usually restocks this item throughout the week between 11pm-4am EST. Obviously it has not been consistent, so you basically have to be checking it at the right time. Based on past experience, the seller may stock only 15-20 max at a time.

The listing still exists, so your best bet is to just keep checking this thread or refreshing the item's page during the times that have been indicated.

Which Live set are you talking about specifically? There's about three versions of the 12-month ones and I'm guessing we can rule out the newest version with the new Microsoft packaging. So that leaves us with 2 (one with the Vision camera and one that doesn't).

I just emailed the guy and he gave it to me, he is really fast and helpful with the replies too, he told me media mail could take 7-8 days to get from coast to coast. and that usps is not the best when it comes to updating shipping info, Im just angry that people who order4 days after me get theirs first.

Where are you located? I understand they are shipping from WA, and I'm in VA, so obviously it may take a bit longer to get to us, plus Media Mail blows as far as Delivery confirmation is concerned. By USPS regulations you have to wait at least 14 days from the date your shipment shipped to complain to USPS.
