Probably not worth posting, but whatever:

...can't imagine there's really anything to it.

Definitely not the first I've heard about it.

Definitely, definitely not true and even for Fox News it's a surprisingly partisan journalistic low.

FOX NEWS: Pig Flies

A widely circulated rumor on the internet lit up political websites across the globe when it was alleged that witnesses have seen a pig fly.

I really don't think this will happen... it would make Obama look indecisive, and he wouldn't want to look that way.

OF COURSE IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN.

It's a dumb rumor started by conservatives (perhaps even the McCain campaign) to plant seeds of in the minds of voters that Biden wouldn't be committed to his job or that Obama made a poor decision. Either way it's a rumor that's intended to give voters uncertainty about the Obama/Biden ticket. It's intended to help McCain win the election, and FOX News reports it as if it may be credited, saying a lot of people believe it, asking Dems for comment, etc. It's extremely, extremely fucking pathetic and I hate anyone who pretends to take this piece of trash article the least bit serious.

:applause:

Anyways isn't fox news' slogan: "We report. You decide."

as in....

"We report BS news on top of what we already think is newsworthy, and it's totally depending on you to find out the truth in reporting the slinging shit that we call news."

I find that slogan to be so truthful and hypocritical... just wish more people would actually take that slogan and THINK about how stupid it and the channel is.

the only way i could see this happening is if he "comes down" with something serious. Hell they could make up a disease and people would believe it.

Novagitis. A rare disease induced by contacting the, equally rare/nigh extinct, Novagasaur. This is why people don't vacation in Madagascar.

Did fox news just pick up a cagcast fake news story?

The economy is so bad that Fox News will pick up a free game when they can.

The only way I could see this happening is if the Biden family faced a crisis such as his wife getting sick.

My dad told me about this twice. I just nodded, sighed and said, "OK, I guess we'll see."

It is good to see he has figured out how to use the remote on the satellite TV.

This was a radio bit started a couple of days ago. A producer sent an email with this info to 60 people and let it trickle down from there. It ended up with Fox, they goofed on it this morning.

Don't dare disparage Kotaku!

I'll fix your math.

FOX < Kotaku < Horse shit

Now, apologize!

Can they even do that at this point?

Of course. The VP isn't elected in the primaries, they can drop out/be replaced at any time.

Doesn't mean its a wise move to change late in the game, but it can be done.

It's not unprecedented. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_F._Eagleton)

It's also a lesson that you should carefully examine all potential running mates.

Clinton would run circles around Palin if this was true & they debated.

If a woman running for VP is going to be embarrassed, it should at least be done by another woman so the feminists don't get their panties in a bunch.... wait, i totally forgot about the katie couric interview.

I heard Palin will drop out to be replaced with Clinton.

The thing that's so funny about this story to me is it's classic projection. The Republicans float a rumor that the Dems are going to replace their VP candidate, when it's painfully clear that it's the Repubs themselves that are the victims of buyer's remorse.
