There's not a written story to go with it, it's just a video clip. They show the footage, though, and it's pretty crazy. Not much else to say about it but I thought I'd share!

My best guess is this is obviously a hoax. Someone activated the motion sensor out of the camera's view, and then created the orb through some sort of optical illusion.

My second best guess is that someone was testing out an experimental cloaking suit, and decided to test it in a low security place.

Thanks for killing my buzz, Scooby Doo. There was never any real ghosts on that show, it was always so anti-climactic.
