Just about everyone else had positive reviews of selling games to him. Not saying you aren't having your issues, but I doubt anyone is going to not deal with him over one bad review.

So this is why I didn't see the thread on my subscription list bump up. What exactly is wrong with those defective sixaxis controllers of yours? Is it random problems with them all?
I ordered one and it worked fine from my limited testing. The ONLY issue I could see/hear was a little rattle inside the controller. I never notice the rattle when using the controller only later when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with it to make it so cheap...

No, its from the Forza/Marvel bundle. I have removed the Forza disc and manual from the case, since the case has Marvel on the front. I sell the case with the Marvel game.

This guy has been selling here a while now and is legit but seems to me may be getting too busy to keep up with his business. Just an update on the site:

I spent the past weekend in the stockroom organizing all our games by systems and alphabetically. This should allow me to list a greater percentage of our inventory on the website. I know that there is barely anything for Gamecube and nothing for PSP currently on the site, so I'd like to address those this week.

I'm working on adding a small forums section to the site. I'd like to have a contest forum in which we give away one game every week. It would be great to tie the giveaway in to a podcast like CAG Foreplay, but out of respect for their sponsorship with GoDaddy I'd rather not step on any toes.

The headset is great. I picked one up a while ago from GDD, and I use it all the time for my phone. It paired with no problems, and it lasts as long as advertised. Probably can go almost 24 hours without much talk time, but six or seven hours if you're talking. The flexible earhook is very nice, too.

These batteries are in great shape, I've sold over 50 of them since I opened the site and I believe I only had one return. The supplier I purchased these from is most reliable supplier and provides me with the highest quality accessories.

For anyone worried about the shipping, I would recommend that you order a couple batteries, or a play and charge cable to go along with the battery. The second item would ship for free.

He just said he has had one return on the batteries. Considering how vocal CAGs are, I am sure a bunch of people would be here complaining if he was selling duds.

2) They are the official MS battery packs, so whether or not Nyko's packs are crap is pretty immaterial.

If I remember correctly, a couple CAGS got bad batteries, but the Dr. is very good about exchanges. You are right though... everything I get from this store is in like-new condition, including the Xbox 360 Elite I got from him a few months back.

Wow, these are definitely Microsoft brand batteries and have worked really well for my customers. If I got word that too many of them were faulty, I simply wouldn't sell them. My margin is not high, and even a handful of returns would probably negate most of my profit. I rarely, if ever, deal with third party accessories, since they do not sell well and seem to not have the same level of quality as their first party counterparts.

There are a number of accessories you can use to recharge the battery. They are sold separately.

I just moved into a new apartment that comes with free wireless Internet. Each apartment in the building has its own username and password, and when you first open up your browser you type it in at a special screen that's been rigged up and then you can surf the web or log into an instant messenger or play online (you can't log onto those none browser activities until you open the browser first though so you can get the password screen). I've been able to get my PS3 to connect by accessing the login page on its browser first, and then I'm able to log into my name and get on the PSN store and whatever. I can't use the same trick on my Wii because the Wii will not let you use a network that fails the connection test when you set it up, so I can't even get the browser to load the login page. Does anyone know if this dongle will let me skip the step where I need to sign into my apartment network on the Wii itself?

Print out the PDF form, and under "new system serial number", put "Pending - On Order From <insert retailer>". Fax it over, don't call it in and don't apply online. Should get your cable in a week or so. It's worked for countless CAG's.

First of all, as JJSP points out, you don't need a serial number, necessarily. You can usually contact Microsoft and get them to send you for free. Many, many CAGs have been able to do this.

Second of all, there is zero dishonesty and shadiness here. Do you even know what those words mean? The gentleman who runs this site likely gets these from a large wholesaler. He's not laughing in his basement as he pulls apart Elite consoles. Even if he did, that's his right. He can do whatever he wants with his merchandise. As long as he accurately describes what he is selling, there is nothing dishonest or shady about it. As far as people who sell the transfer kits on eBay for $30 go, that is the market value. If I put one up in an auction, it will probably go for more than that! Anyone who is selling one for $30 in a BIN is probably losing a buck or two. I sold one for like $45 recently.
