Basically the situation boils down to Wombat didn't read the OP, but got a code anyway and instead of someone who waited longer. It's a mistake by Wombat but it's fine and the beta is only a few more days anyway. And then the game will come out without all these beta flaws.

Thanks op. I am curious about this game and will no doubt pick it up. But this game is amazing to me in that for all the hype and talk over this game no one ever talks about the gameplay. We know it looks incredible and the creation part is almost limitless, but how is the game? My brother said the code I gave him said the same thing, that it was used too much already. I guess these weren't unique or anything, there were just a few different ones.
