Anyone waiting to upgrade to the new MacBook/MacBook Pro?

The new line of Mac laptops is way overdue, and supposedly will debut Oct. 14th. Anyone besides me going to upgrade at that point? I can't wait, the MBP case design hasn't been changed in forever. I wonder if the rumor of a price cut will turn out to be true or not.

Yeah, it's just a rumor at this point, but it's been repeated on several mac enthusiast websites. Supposedly Apple would like to cut into the market share more deeply. I'd love it if it were true, but I'm not going to count it, cause then I'll be pissed if it's not true.

Still waiting on a Mac...if they managed to land one at $899 or less...I'll probably buy.
