Remember Fam Vid charges first then ships. $10 is a steal but I'd rather wait to pay.

Is this a pricing error? Or will this disc retail for $19.99?

According to Amazon retail is $35.99, they have pre-orders at $26.95. I might have to jump on this before FV raises their price.

How are they in keeping their price errors?

In for one before they change up their price! If it's a pricing error, then I wonder if they'll still honor the price that I paid for... I hope so!

Apparently this happened with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and they honored the pricing error. The problem is that they charge as soon as you make an order instead of waiting until the preorder ships. I ordered one anyway just in case it works out.

Is there still a coupon code for new members? I have never ordered from them.

No, couldn't find a coupon.

Still $12 is a damn good price. I ordered two.

I saw this in theatres during the summer.

As a 2D movie, this would not be very good. A fun rental for kids at best. In 3D, however, it's actually pretty good. The 3D is done very well and really brings you into the movie. So, if the Blu-ray's 3D is as good, or nearly as good, as the REALD 3D, then it's definitely worth a purchase.

If you want to see an incredibly good 3D movie, though, try and check out U23D.

I know the movie flopped but at these price maybe they can boost sales a bit.

I also have a bad feeling they will ship the dvd rather than blu-ray, i'll order and see.

i'm sure they will get quite a few complaints if they do and will honor their mistake for our benifit

It can't be. BD doesn't use Digital 3D. It's just those little red and blue glasses that hurt your ears. It probably just look like the color is tinted a different color.

Glasses don't go in your ears, that could be why they are hurting.

I ordered one. I thought hte movie was pretty good. It was a victim of poor timing. They released the movie at the exact same time as the new Mummy movie, so it seemed like a bit of overkill on Brendan Frasier action fantasy movies.

I will never do another pre-order from FV again after the Afro Samurai crap. I just recieved that movie this past week. Add to that they charged me
the day I pre-ordered which was two months ago.

Thanks anyway OP. If it was anywhere else I would've picked it up.

I pre-ordered Afro Samurai from FV a week before it released, and I got the movie in like 5 business days. Sure, they charge your card right away, but what's the big deal? It was only like what, $14 after shipping?

I never really understand why people complain about them charging you when you order. Yes, it is certainly is not the norm these days, but still, is it really that big of a deal? Is having $20 or $40 or $60 less in your pocket going to break you this month...as opposed to the next month? If so, you should probably reconsider buying Blu-ray movies.

And please, I am not criticizing those that simply point out that FV charges right away. That, obviously, is good information, especially considering a dozen first-time users would come back and ask why they got charged already.

Like I said I pre-ordered a couple weeks before release and just received it a couple days ago. It was released 8/26 and I got it 1 month after release. That's a bit longer then 5 days. I don't mind companies charging right away when it will guarantee I will get a copy at release, but that's not what happened here. Sure it would hardly break me but it's not the money it's the principal.

agreed, this movie's value is ONLY in the 3-D. Beyond that, it's barely deserving of any other accolade.

i too think $12 is actually too much.

The movie didn't flop at all!

In fact, tomorrow it should break 100 million dollars at the box office. It's been in the theatres for a long time and has made quite a pretty penny based on its budget.
