An ebay buyer won my auction and requested me that he wants to ship to another address instead of the one on his ebay. His ebay address is confirmed and he has 9094 feedback 99.9 %.
Should I do it?

No, could be a stolen/hacked account. If it's not paypal verified, don't do it. As you may already know, paypal doesn't insure packages sent to unverified addresses.

Don't do it. Only ship to the buyer's confirmed paypal address. You have zero protection if you ship it elsewhere. After dealing with this a few times I now state that I will only ship to the buyer's confirmed address. Tell him to change the address connected to his PP account if possible. The problem with Ebay now is the buyer has all of the power. You have no protection if you send it to his unconfirmed address, but he can leave you negative feedback if he gets pissed you won't ship it where he wants. The system is broken now and they need to fix it.

No. Because you will get negative feedback if you don't ship the item to where he wants. I was a victim.

If the item is relativley unvaluable (less than $40) just sjip to where he wants. With that much feedback its unlikely its a hacked account or something would have been done about it by now.

I checked the buyer out. He seems pretty honest, but if you want to be 100% safe, mail the item to his address shown in Paypal. If he wanted to make a special shipping arrangement, he should have asked you before the auction ended.

seems pricey, id be very wary and careful of sending this to an unconfirmed address
i dunno why he would want it sent it to a different address, it shouldnt cost too much to ship it from his house to another location (unless it was international in which case i would highly not recommend you ship to in the first place)

i've been in the situation where i wanted something mailed to a different address. my confirmed address was mine, b/c it's the address that my credit card is registered to. but i live in a condo, so things have been stolen off my porch. luckily, the seller was willing to send to my parents' house address. if another address wants to be confirmed, the person just needs paypal to send a letter to that address, and then they can confirm it with a code, which is what i eventually did with my parents' address. although you won't be protected when fraud happens, also learned that firsthand. sold a ps2 bundle for $160, 40+ positive feedback, $ was in my bank account from paypal, shipped off, feedback received, a month later, paypal tells me, don't ship it, it might be fraudulent. i send my dc info, feedback, etc. lose the $80 something i had in paypal from other auctions, and have a negative $80 balance b/c it wasn't a verified address. paypal didn't help me out at all, told me i was eating it basically.
