Or, if you wanna wait, you can buy an arcade SKU for $200 which comes with a memory card and five XBL arcade games and then buy a starter kit for $100 that comes with a 60 gb hdd, headset (I'm not sure about this one), and a couple of months for live.
Note: I'm no sure when does the starter kit comes out though
