Don't be too sure. Reggie doesn't want the DSi to come out in the US until later in 2009. He wants the DS Lite to sell out during the holiday and then possibly have people worry about getting a DSi next Christmas.

While Japan gets it soon, we won't be seeing until most likely the end of the following year.

Anyone else find the titling of this game to be EXTREMELY redundant? "Kage Densetsu" translates to Shadow Legend, or in this game's case "Legend of Kage." So...it's "Legend of Kage - The Legend of Kage 2."

I've never gotten one to work after the expiration point. You might find someone that will do a manual override. If you really want 20% off though, use the CellFire coupon for 20% off.

I actually had Persona 3 in my tradelist for a month and no one wanted it. ;)

I will not use Craig's List/ebay. Persona 3 would only get me around $15-$20 elsewhere (before the cost of shipping and Paypal fees), so I went ahead and dumped it. It's a good game I'll admit, but I only played for 1.5 hours and didn't have the time, to play it (got it over a year ago and never touched it again). I plan to make another run to GS ditching more RPGs.

Although the manager would have to be in on it. I saw my first "pockets check" in person at the local Gamestop today. I probably just never noticed before but that's just so crazy it seems to me. Couldn't they just tell by inventory if something was missing? At my non-video games store, full inventory is taken monthly.

Does anyone have a list of some older games that have decent TIVs? I have a lot of older games that i no longer play, but the ones I want to get rid of probably only get a dollar or so. Well, the stand-alone game is only going to be $40, right? If so, I'd say the most you'll get for the base is $20, so $28 after Cellfire and EDGE.

Hmmm, really depends on where you live. If you are in a decently populated area, where the GS gets a lot of trade-in business, you would be very surprised. I'd say over the last year, I have gotten three or four games on the Thursday after release. And keep in mind that these were times when I had a coupon and was actively seeking out new games. I am sure there were plenty of others times when I could have found very new games on their shelves.

Another factor is the kind of game you are looking for. If it's a GTA or Mario or another very popular series, you might very well find used copies a couple of days after release. Stupid people buy the game and don't like it after an hour, so they just trade it in. Niche titles are tougher to find.

Yeah, I used up some credit yesterday as well. Kinda sucks really. Good news about this coupon though it allows you to get up to 5 free items with one purchase. So 15 games can be purchased on 1 coupon. Not bad really.
