Well, it's really popular in Japan and has been since the first version released November 2007.

As for US...well, there was no official US arcade release, so one has to hunt down arcades that imported it. There's one about a couple of hours from me.

As for console release, I'm gonna guess it'll be popular too, especially with all the heavy marketing going on now.

I used to be crazy excited for it myself though I'm not anymore.

^ More than half of those points I could argue, but this is the FGT so I wont. MUA2 plays very similar to the first one but with steps taken to make the game more enjoyable on a Multi-player. Plus it's a Marvel fanboy's dream.

They pulled him over for some wreckless driving calls, he has emotional issues sometimes, and he forgot to put the ebrake on when he got out of the car after they pulled him over. I don't have any fighters for Xbox 360 anymore other than Battle Fantasia and Hyper Fighting. Pretty much bought it to bring to Xbox 360 tourneys and play with a large bulk of my friends who have SFIV on 360.

Don't ask me why I didn't just get a Xconverter. I'm hoping to actually mod this stick.

I hate how the DP trades with almost everything, also how low it hits. Regular DP/EX DP will cancel just about any move/super/ultra. Matter fact, I just hate Ryu lol. DP > Ultra/Super pisses me off. I can be in the biggest lead and still lose against him.

I've played over a thousand games against my friends Ryu and it's pretty much 50/50 chance win. He uses all top tier characters and I main all lower tiers. At competitive level, that shit really does matter. Oh yeah, nice Daigo ending. Can't wait til next years EVO.

Nice. I think I'm so done giving Capcom my money for SFIV related stuff.

So far 2 SFIV TE's (PS3, Xbox 360) and 2 copies of the game (PS3, Xbox 360). Hopefully the production and distribution will be a little better for these this time around. The first run was plagued with button/wiring issues and obviously being ridiculously hard to find in stores. It would be nice for people who actually want these to go out and get them without hassle.

I don't know about fully nerfing Ryu as Capcom coming in and fixing a lot of the little things. Fixing the recovery on trades would avoid eating Sagat or Ryu's Ultra for free.

Getting AA Ultra'ed doesn't bother me too much mostly because my main game is CVS2. When I first learned that game I was taught that jumping too much gets you killed quick in that game and it always stuck with me.

Microsoft had a very nice booth, Sony's was garbage. Plus since we're in Japan there were less visitor's on Microsoft's side anyways. That area seemed to be quicker in terms of lines. Still they were long.

I'm referring to random disconnects after any matches, regardless of if I win or lose. It was especially frustrating when I managed to win some matches in the higher level tournament rankings, only to have the game disconnect and thus start from scratch AND increase my DC percentage.

I can see Capcom releasing the additional characters as DLC, and releasing a disk-based version similar to the "Game of the Year" edition for Fallout 3 -- Full price but with all the DLC included.

Users who don't buy the DLC could still play with those who have bought it, thereby not fragmenting the player base. It'd be an effective "Here's why you should by the DLC" advertisement without even doing any marketing.
