Looking for collector's editions, preorder bonuses etc. seperate from the game

Does anyone know of any dealers out there who specialize in selling collector's editions and preorder bonuses seperate from the games themselves? I'm also looking for foreign collector's editions as well.

Even though it's been stated that eBay is not ideal for you guys, it really would be the best place for this type of thing. Fortunately, pre-order bonuses can generally be gotten for dirt cheap, especially if people decide to bundle them into a "package." Unfortunately the same can't be said for collector's edition items.

I myself am scavenging for the bonus DVD in the CE of Mass Effect and I've almost given up hope of ever having it. If someone has a better website than eBay for this stuff, I'm all ears.

So how common would you say collector's edition items seperate from the games are? And are you specifically talking about ebay when you mention preorder bonuses?
