Rare Version of Christmas Nights For Sega Saturn

Hey guys, I recently came across this very rare version of Christmas Nights. As you can see, this is the version that comes in a red jewel case as opposed to the one in the paper sleeve.

Everything about it is in great condition and I wanted to know if you guys knew anything about where it came from (I know the paper sleeve one came bundled with a magazine), what its worth, and if you guys were interested in buying it. Here are some pics:
