Fable 2: Do you play with the 'mission trail' on or off?

I'm just curious to see what other people are doing.

I found it distracting, even in its helpfulness.

I chose 'no', since there's no other option that says 'occasionally'. Most of the time, I leave it off and explore on my own. If I need to find a mission, I'll toss it back for a little bit, but *most* of the time it's completely off.

It's a handy feature, since this world isn't nearly as 'user-friendly' for memorizing as Fable 1. What I would have liked, however, was an option to have the trail off and a mini-map on the HUD.

If a mod sees this, could you please add a "sometimes" or an "only when I'm lost" option to the poll?

I turned it off about 10 minutes into playing the game. I found that it was more distracting and annoying than helpful. It has lead to running around in circles a few times since I never turn it back on, but it just feeling like exploring anyways.

I always have it on. I go exploring and can find my way back and where I was going with the happy trail.

I'd love to play with it off but the start menu is soooo laggy, and there is no mini map. I'd be completely lost otherwise :\

I would be completely lost with out the trail seeing how im always just running around trying to fight trail on here
