This is the best price I've been able to find for a new copy of this fairly hard to find game. As always with Outpost, the shipping cuts into the deal.

is this game any good? i love the anime but does the game capture the charm of the show and still provide good gameplay?

Sounds mediocre. Gamespot give it a 6, user rating 6.9, and GameRankings has it at 66%.

The game got average reviews but it seems to have had a fairly small print run as I've never seen it at any B&M stores besides Gamestop and EB.

everything i read says it does justice to the show, but the gameplay is kinda weak and can be easily beaten in a few hours...i still want it tho...just not $20 want it ^^

It does capture the essence of the show, but it gets extremely boring at parts. The sneaking around aspect of the game gets really tedious when you get to the mansion. The AI and controls needed a little bit more tuning. The graphics are decent except on the hands of the characters. You'll see what I'm talking about if any of you ever get it. $19.99 isn't a bad deal for a hard to find game though. Just remember if you wait any longer chances are you aren't going to find it anymore. Then you are going to have to deal with ebay. I recommend this one to the fans of the Lupin anime series.

I got it for $20 off Ebay... not bad deal while GS and EB have it for $30 plus taxes :)

Nothing wrong with Ebay. I got my new copy (but a press version with a hole in the UPC) a month after its release for $25. The controls are pretty crappy and it gets old pretty quick. Probably OK for a fan but the gameplay is too much item chugging and not enough funny espionage.

I saw at least 5 copies in the San Diego Fry's at that price.

I saw it at EB a few weeks back and pondered it. I'm pretty sure it was less than $30 (new), but I don't remember the exact price. I want to say $20.
