Just like the title says can you? I would really like to add an animated icon as my avatar and profile picture. Any help is appreciated.

As long as it fits within the size and kb restrictions yes.

yes, but i think the max is 10 or 15kb (mine is 8.6 or 9.6)

Yes, as long as its not over 101 x 101 and over 19kb.
