Both the 360 and PS3 versions are listed as being in stock on 10/28 (Tuesday) for $48.88 after instant rebate.
Also, a 80GB PS3 with 2 games is listed at $448.88. The 2 games aren't identified though. May be worth checking out.
This ad was in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, so I'm not sure if the sales are for Georgia locations as well.
