Hi, I figured this the best place to ask; a friend of mine mentioned something about another patch possibly being released, and I haven't been able to get a hold of him to ask where he heard it. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything similar? He said he was hoping it would be something to let people bring their actual character (appearance and stuff) to their friend's world. He also said he thought it would be sometime before winter...
Hearsay? Rumor? Wishful thinking? Also, if anyone knows why they decided to do the Online Coop the way they did, could you let me know?

The new patch fixes the Abbott glitch that freezes your game. That's the only one I've heard of so far.

Also, if anyone knows why they decided to do the Online Coop the way they did, could you let me know?I talked about it with a friend last night, and we came to the conclusion that they didn't want the person joining someone elses world to be too powerful, so they just have you pick from the weapons that are currently available to the host.
It makes sense, but I'm sure everyone would rather play with their own hero and just have the the weapons and armor nerfed a little if that's what they had to do.

It will probably fix the infinite exp glitches too.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the input guys. Like what SJ41 said, I would happily take the junk weapons if they would just give me my character's look. Make it more personal when you play with a friend, ya know?
