I only bought 10 turnips to let rot so I could catch ants. LOL. So far, I haven't done any major stalk trading at all. Still, I was able to pay off my second floor last night from fishing. Got my basement today.

Paying off the final mortgage gives you a flag for your house (http://accf.wikispaces.com/House). I don't really care about having a flag, so I'm only going to pay that off with my leftover Bells. Usually, I'd pay 10,000 at a time for my house and then deposit the rest, but now I'll do 10,000 at a time towards the town, then the X,000 will go to Nook, and whatever's left will (between 0-999) go to my bank account.

Maybe later ill start planting my flowers, i have a ton stashed in my dresser in the house.
I planted a few flowers in dirt patches to see if they would grow grass on them. They are the ones that seem to be there from houses, or where houses could live.

I tried using the makeover feature after I finished setting up my basement store.......XD I made a perfect Zoidberg recreation complete w/ doctors coat. Also got golden axe for 1st time after like 3 hours with the fountain b****, along with my second silver (Doomed ill give it to you later tonight) axe. Made 3 million yesterday off of Gamefaqs entrance fees (ie the reason I needed to kick non-turnipers out). Ill be on all night again, gates will be open by 1ish EST, and will stay open until 3 or so, and my town will be in the middle of the day so we can actually do stuff.

I wake up everyday excited to see whats new. I always check for X's in the ground, see if anything is in the recycle bin, see what nook is selling, see what the fashion shop is selling, see if anything is in the lost and found. I love the head accessories in this game. :D Though after i do that i usually turn it off.

Ive paid off my house full now, getting my flag tomorrow. I do feel as if this game can be completed fast. Especially when you can trade stuff with people. If it was you on your own, then it would take a lot longer. I still need my windmill/Lighthouse. I dont care at all about getting those high priced feathers.

I hardly go to the city either. I got my silver shovel already. So the only reason for me to go to the city is to change my hair, maybe hit redds shop up.

The mom is definitely in someone's town - let's call it Town A. The kitten is in Town B but says she wants to go to Town A.

Person in Town B talks to the kitten, says "follow me" or whatever the option is, and walks to their gate with the kitten following. You then must go to Town A to reunite the kitten with the mom.

When you are escorting the kitten, walk slowly. If you move too fast, she'll fall over and start crying. And for some reason that always makes me very sad so I always walk reaaaaaaaaaaaal slow.

The person who returns the kitten gets a prize - the one with the mom doesn't.

So in this case, oemor needs to guide the kitten to his gate and then travel to Lilboo's town. They'll reunite and oemor will get a prize in the mail later.

Dig the stumps up with the shovel. But remember you can plant fruit where a tree used to be and it will grow 100% of the time.

Turnips rot instantly if you TT even for just a few minutes.

I'm pretty sure I did that before we bought any turnips. Even if I did it afterwards I also had turnips and they did not rot (sold mine Sunday night at Filler's). I'm 100% sure I did not adjust the clock at all after that, so I don't see why his rotted and mine didn't. Also, I had turnips sitting on my floor all last week and didn't sell them till Friday night I think and I adjusted the clock a ton last week (nothing major, just a few hours on any given day).

As cool as that sounds, i want to catch my fish/bugs legit. Which would make the game last longer.

I hear you - but I remember one of the coolest things I did was travel to someone's town that was set to summer. It's like going to the southern hemisphere ;). You certainly aren't going to catch everything from that season anyway so you just get a little sneak peek. So, Filler, let me know next time you are on!

A total of 750k bells (250 = bridge, +500 more = fountain). It has set locations, usually 2-3, where you can choose to place it. Mine were only in the lower half of my town.

Apparently, anything you donate over the next reward gets discarded. So if I donated 300k for the bridge, the extra 100k would not go towards the 500k needed for the fountain.

These are the hybrid mixes for Wild World. They're probably the exact same for City Folk.

Pansies:
Red + Red = Purple
Red + Yellow = Orange
White + White = Blue

Tulips:
Red + Red = Black
Red + White = Pink
Red + Yellow = Purple
Yellow + Yellow = Black

Cosmos:
Red + Red = Black
Red + White = Pink
Red + Yellow = Orange

Roses:
Red + Red = Black
Red + White = Pink
Red + Yellow = Orange
White + White = Purple
Black + Purple = Blue
When you water a wilted Black Rose with the golden watering can it will turn gold the next day.

Purple and blue pansies are my favorite, but all I've been getting are the pink flowers.

Ohh thanks. I thought the only way to get new colors was to mix two of different color. Damn. All this time i spent planing how to get the same colors not to touch. LOL
