Works for me, perhaps you aren't filling in the text box for WHY you want one (you can put whatever you want in there).

I filled EVERY single box in and it still didnt work. Ill try again when I get home from work and see if it makes a difference.

I was using mozilla firefox I can try in internet explorer
EDIT: I tried in IE and it worked so now I am entered. Thanks OP.
