Do I have to be a certain user level to put an avatar on my profile

Hey all...If I want to put a pic next to my name when I post...do I need to be a certain user level? b/c I cannot find this option to add it when I create my user profile. I also had some questions about adding sigs as well. Is that the same case as the pic? what level do I need to be, and if not, please tell me how to go about adding an avatar and sig.

Click on the Quick Links on the top of the screen and select User Control Panel. That will get you to the point you need to be able to give yourself an avatar. Same goes for adding a signature.
