For some reason the converters i've been using lately have been annoying and make the sound about a minute late from the video, and I need to find a new converter to use. It needs to not have a watermark, convert the video fully, and price is an option.
Thanks for any suggestions!

I used 3GP converter when my iPod was working. Great program, converts with great quality, plus, it's free. Link: http://mobilehackerz.jp/contents/3GPConv
The site is in Japanese, but, the download link is easy to find. Direct Download link:http://mobilehackerz.jp/contents?plugin=attach&refer=3GPConv&openfile=3GP_Converter034.zip
The program is in Japanese when first started up, but, you can change the language to English easily. The presets for iPods make this a win.

GOTSent
don't know what you're using the program for
but i use it to convert my videos so they are compatible with the 360(also PS3 if i had one)
Videora also works, but i like GOTSent better now

tried the 3gp one but it did not set the audio correct for one file, but did for another, very weird. Checked out the initial file and the audio is good too, so I guess this one is out, though it's a lot speedier than my previous one..
I'll try out the one grey suggested now
