Gears 2 street date possibly broken at FS?

I was looking at Gears of War 2 at futureshop.ca and noticed that when checking store stock it says in-stock for most stores in Edmonton. I did a check store stock on a bunch of other cities too and it's spotty but alot of stores say it's in stock. Anyone happen to go to FS today and see it? Might be worth the trip.

its in stock but if you try to do ISPU it wont let you.

It says it's in stock because it's in their inventory, they have received their shipments, but they can't sell it because of the street date, hence the all of the midnight openings tonight.

Yeah don't get a chubby :D over it, it's in stock but can't sell it, games come in usually a few days early (sometimes a week) but the register won't let it go through.
