if it's unopened, i'd try taking it to futureshop or something like that. tell them you got it as a gift but you already had it. they won't give you cash, but you can get store credit. ymmv though, depends on certain stores and how nice the staff are.

That's fraud. But YMMV on whether you can anyone to take it.

Wal-Mart takes non-receipt returns. It's ymmv and fraud, but if you're going to cheat a store you may as well go to Wal-Mart :)

Also if you don't expect the game to get marked down in the next 2 months, hang onto it till boxing day. Super easy to return anywhere then.
