One RFDer got the deal in Salmon Arm. I could've tried Oakridge but I wouldn't have beaten others there. Trade-5/Trade-3+$30 deal's almost as good anyway.

Wow, that's just brazen. The NDS was obviously a pricing error. I'd be willing to be big money that somewhere, there's a system that has these fields:
Regular price is $xx.xx
Enter Sale Price: [ ]
OR Enter Discount $: [ ]
OR Enter discount %: [ ]
Someone put 15 in the first field when they were supposed to put it in the second or third field.
Which is pretty bad, sure-- but even worse is that there's no one reviewing products that suddenly get 92% discounts. You'd think the system would pop up a report that needs to be QA'd. Anything that is a best seller that gets a "clearance-style" price should be flagged.
I'm sure Zellers caught this quickly after the first few were sold that day. Good fortune to the first person who went in that day to do their Christmas shopping, though. =) "I'll take all you have".
