The 2 BBV around my area has poor selection of Video games
I have seen used Okami for Wii, but it was labelled for $30 =(

I should have mentioned it's Fire Emblem, not Okami.

I've seen Fire Emblem around many Toronto BBVs. I admittedly bought one to trade in at EBgames, since I was a title short. Sorry. :-#
