This is supposed to be an excellent standalone player. Will be available for $179 at Sears on Black Friday, but this comes pretty close tax-free. I'm looking for a standalone for my parents for Xmas - not sure whether to bite on this or wait for the rumored $149 Black Friday price of the Samsung P1500.
