How do you do it? This may be the worst site on the internet as far as customer satisfaction and simplicity. I am never shoping there again

on the front page, very bottom left, click view or change your orders, order you want to cancel. Might have to use the contact us link and reference your order number and ask them to cancel it.

I think you have to call...I agree, though I have been impressed with DD's prices, their website navigation and communication do leave some to be desired. They are not real responsive to emails, especially during the sale. Of course, the one time I never received an item I ordered, once I called, they sent me the replacement quickly and with no hassle.

Ok thanks. Emailing is pointless. I have emailed 5 times using different methods and its the same stupid automated crap

Write "Return to Sender" on the package and drop it back in the mailbox.

If I actualy got the package I wouldnt cancel, but thats the problem

Call them. I've done the cancellation via email and via phone and phone worked out much better and quicker.

FWIW, I submitted a "Cancel Order" request last night online and the order was cancelled today.
