just wonder if anyone else works as much as me and never gets time to play games or even have a social life. but 15 min a night I have not beat a game in a few months I remeber having all the time in the world when I was little to beat a game.

I forgot I am wokring 65 hours a week.

plus about 25 hours of traveling a month to conventions and promo things.

i was working about 35 hrs a week, but now thats gonna go up to about 45 hrs a week since i got promoted....ill have more money to buy more games, but less time to play them....i can still easily find time to play games with working 35 to 45 hrs a week, but when you factor in the gf, family and friends...that gives me about 5 minutes of game time a week....

i work 19 hours a week at Subway, which is to say, three days a week. i might start working more once i'm a little more used to college, because i still have plenty of time to play games.

About 40ish at job #1, high school english teacher, plus the two hours a day it takes me to drive to and from said job, plus about 5 hours a week for gradiing and planning on average, plus about 10-15 at job #2, Best Buy, equals about 60-70 hours a week and craptastic pay. Cry for me people.

About 6 hours a week, if I'm lucky. I work for a local comic store, packing items for mail order/eBay shipping. If not much stuff sells by the day I usually come in, then there's nothing for me to do, and I get the day off. It's not bad while I'm looking for something else, though...

41 hours a week at Hellmart till atleast April of next year. Then I plan on going back to school and doing atleast 20 hours a week to pay for school, car and games and my once a year overseas vacation. I have it pretty easy though, I should be working two jobs since im a drop out but thankfully parents spoil me.

I'm looking for a way to earn side income atm.

I work about 20 hrs a week at a pizza place, go to college full time (16 hrs), do the layout for the Georgia State University newspaper (about 12 hrs a week), write for a couple of local music mags (hrs vary), play in a band, and hardly ever get to play games these days. ...that hasn't stopped me from spending way too much $$ on games because of CAG..... 8)

How do I do it? I don't sleep....or at least it doesn't seem like it...

...my life sucks... **sobs**

Work: 15-20 if I'm lucky
School: 12 college hours

I also get the privilege of taking my g/f and sister to school every morning at 7 A.M. My g/f doesn't have a car, so I basically get to play taxi all day if she needs to be somewhere. I get to play games an hour a day if I'm lucky.

I'm out of college now but im my opinion 12 hours of college time =30 hours of real time (studying, commuting, testing etc)

good luck and power to all those who have to work and attend collegiate classes!

I only work about 4 hours a day (if I have a lot to do) and about 4 days a week. Doesn't sound like a lot, but I get paid piece rate for building stuff at retail stores, and I can build bikes and such at an inhuman rate, so it comes out to about $25 an hour or so. Not bad, but I have a lot of spare time on my hands usually.

at my part time job, i work anywhere from 24 hours a week to just under 40, with an average of probably 30 or so. for instance, last week i worked 36 hours, this week i work 26 (if i feel like going in tomorrow, if i don't, then 20), and next week i work 36 hours again.

I attend college two days a week and I work around 20 hours a week at American Eagle Outfitters (BEST CLOTHING STORE EVER)

my friend worked at american eagle for a few months, and she hated it. she said that they took the part time job way too seriously, they gave employees a hard time if they make a purchase that isn't very expensive (because it brings down average total sales for the day or something, which i don't understand the importance of), the guys who work there wear sandles, they turn the music up way too loud, and so on. but hey, if you're into that sort of thing.

once i went in there to see her, and there was a pixies song on, which i wouldn't have expected, but it was followed by some really bad techno thing, to which i said to one of the male employees "this store is weird. how can you play the pixies and then play this techno crap?". the guy replied with a catty "well, i don't know who the pixies are, but some people like this techno crap!"

50+ mandatory at one job, but I get to cruise the CAG Board there, then about 20+ at second job delivering pizzas. I was starting to worry that my Xbox might just up and walk out since I hadn't played it in about 2 months but I remedied that with a quick rental of PSI-OPS been on that ever since.

30-36 hours a week, but I'm paid in single digits per hour.

If I lose my overtime because of Bush, I might as well start protesting full time because I won't make enough money to live either way.

I'm pretty sure my state laws will cover me though, thank god.

I doubt that... the Abercrombie and Fitch crowd would call the people wearing sandles a bunch of freakin' dirty hippies. Of course, that's the "arbiters of cool" that work in the store. The people that actually buy the clothes are of a different mindset than the workers. You should hear the things the store employees say about the customers after they leave...
